Poor reception! Any basement or open field (I'm on the road a lot) you will find yourself having "no lines".
The service representatives are very aggressive and not giving you any answers...

problems galore! overcharged time and time again, terrible customer service, terrible signal, we use our (3) t-mobile phones as our primary phones, father in hospital 2500 miles away, can not connect, cant connect with each others phones just rings once
