I've been a customer with cricket for almost a month now. I've found the use of phone service really good in all but when it comes to customer service it makes me want to cancel service. I would call customer service and the people that work

Support is non existant. Autopay doesn't work then you get billed for reconnection and get this, if you pay on the phone, web or in the store, they charge you a payment fee. after 3 months and still unresolved bill pay issues I give up. I been to
